This is a school.To get to the spot walk(or ride)down the block then you will get to a gate enter the gate and you are there.In the spot their is also a six or seven set with a rail.Also at the main entrance their is a tow set a big white rail and a black ledge below the white rail there is a variety of snacks around just bring money.
