if you go to the end of blvd of allies and take a left on commonwealth place in front of point state park you will see a parking lot. in the parking lot is stairs going up to the bum park. there use to be crap and ramps everywhere but the city cleaned all the shit up as well as the ramps...so theres just banks...but hopefully someone starts building stuff up there agian.
